<p>UKGirl… aside from the obvious as to where you are from, by location “The land of rain, drizzle, fog, sleet and precipitation” you could be from the Pacific NW including British Columbia. </p>
<p>I wish there was a forum like this about boarding schools in the UK. If there was, my daughter would probably be applying there instead of the NE schools. I know there’s tons of school in England, but I didn’t find a forum like this that talked about the schools.</p>
<p>TSR has some threads in it that are hepful, but I agree that a forum would be really helpful. Unless other people in your family have applied to BS, it’s so hard to know what to expect from any of it really. Other than forums, there are a lot of helpful books out there :)</p>

Search the individual threads, they are a wealth of information</p>
