To get started with, I created this account cuz Im tired of google'in all over and finding the same answers all over the web. I really need concrete answers which can change my future.
I am an international student from Pakistan opting to study in Canada for various reasons. Actually just 2 reasons..its cheaper than other international destinations as US, UK and Australia; and employers are willing throw an excellent job WAY easily in the middle east(where I reside) when they hear "I studied in CANADA!" Frankly speaking, Canada deserves that, as their education quality is world-class.
So here's my question..Is it a good way for me to start off my career with community colleges such as New Brunswick Community College (Tuition int'l : 5200CAD/year), Holland College(7250CAD/year) or other community colleges. Ive googled a lot but I only find answers which recommend universities to international students. To my information, community colleges are choices made by people who are financially feeble and helps them to rehabilitate their finances. My limit for first 2 years are around 15000CAD/year for everything including tuition and room/board after which Im on my own. Or how bout Memorial University (8800CAD/year)? Also, I wanted to know how much do average international students earn during vacation (may-august) when they work fulltime? 4000-6000CAD? Just guessing!
I really appreciate anyone and everyone who could advice me to a reliable future. Please do reply! Even if you feel it wont help much!

This is just an additional paragraph not much related to the question, but with the desire to spread a message regarding Pakistan.
My major is Environmental studies/Resource management. I believe the reason why Pakistan is linked with terrorism is because people dont have basic requirements as food and water, hence they are forced to desperate measures like stealing which occasionally leads to large-scale consequences as terrorism. If we ensure their survival with clean environment and give them job opportunities instead of money, I repeat, GIVE THEM JOB OPPORTUNITIES INSTEAD OF MONEY, it would solve most of the problems. One bad fish spoils the entire pond, similarly I do agree there are Pakistani's that indulge in terrorist activities as bombing and all, and they deserve intense punishment, but remaining 98+ % are peace loving just like you guys, the only difference being lack of financial resources and employment opportunities. My dream is to study Environmental-related programs in Canada as it offers one of the best programs in this specific field in the world and get the educated population of Pakistan to continue the same. Also, I know there are a lot of non-Pakistani's who wish to help but back-out because their generous contributions are taken by politicians and other corrupt people. Please if you do wish to help, dont give it in form of money! Most of the students dont know that tuition is free in Norway, Finland and other European countries. If you really wish to help by giving money, form organization that will sponsor their ticket and living costs IF they qualify via entrance exams or something. This is just an example. If you wish to help Pakistan or any other underdeveloped/developing countries, provide them an opportunity to learn and work which will ensure their survival rather than giving them donations which last a month, after which their forced back to their own lives.
If you find this message logical enough, please spread it. Sorry for including something not related to usual questions. Hearty condolences to people of Japan.
