<p>The structure and requirements of the IS major are similar to that at other schools. As an interdisciplinary major, it draws on courses from a number of different depts. (e.g., economics, political science, etc.). Michigan is generally strong across all the disciplines that contribute courses to this major. Michigan is considered quite strong in Asian Studies as well.</p>
