<p>It says exclusively, so if you’re attending an international school that offers more than just AP, I would assume you complete the form.</p>
<p>A good rule of thumb is that if you’re outside of the US, you complete the form. You don’t want any nasty surprises just because you decided not to fill out an extra form.</p>
