International Supplement. When am I supposed to send it?

As I understand, Intl Supplement is a sheet of paper that I need to submit together with Secondary School report. However, it has a section called 'Senior secondary leaving exams'.

-When do I send it(IS) if I get this information only at the end of a school year?
-Could anybody explain what my counselor has to put in "We do not rank. Instead, please indicate quartile__ quintile__ decile__"?

...and one more silly question: Do I put my signature as it is on my official documents(passport) or I should just write my last name? When I was in the US I noticed that signature is usually just a last name, but it is a bunch of different letters that a person comes up with in my country.

Thanks.

Does your school require that you submit an International Supplement form? Your question is very vague.

About a signature, you could sign either way. Makes no difference.

pleaase,

could anybody tell me what I fill in "quartile__ quintile__ decile___ " ???
As I understand it is top 1/5 , top 1/2 of a class, but what exactly do I need to put there?

Femiluv,

Yes, one of the schools requires an IS form, submitted before the deadline. On its website it says: “The International School Supplement is a place for your counselor to easily inform us of your results or predicted results for any external examinations, such as the GCE A levels or the IB.”

…hmm I don’t know what I should do because my school doesn’t have any examinations, “such as the GCE A levels or the IB”
