<p>I’d recommend either of these 2:</p>
<ol>
<li><p>Call harvard and explain them your situation. They’ll most probably accept it and allow you to send them on Jan 4.</p></li>
<li><p>Call your school principal (as I don’t think you have a counselor) and ask him/her to meet him/her privately if at all possible. </p></li>
</ol>
