I'm an international student who applied to CMU and had a TOEFL superscore of 114(30 on Listening, Reading and Writing, 24 on Speaking). On the website, CMU states that the mininum requirement for TOEFL score is 102. However, I recently visited the transcript from Carnegie Mellon University Math Jam at Art of Problem Solving.

Math Jams Transcripts

In the section recorded as 8:00 pm, the admission officer stated the following:
We require the TOEFL if your first language is not English, no matter where you've studied or in what language. We have a requirement of 102 on the iBT with a minimum of 26 in speaking and 25 in all other sections.

I had no idea that they have a mininum requirement of 26 in speaking before since they stated nothing about the mininum requirement for each section on their official website.
So I did not try to retake another test to improve my speaking score.

Would that significantly hurt my chance if my speaking score was not over 26?
