I am currently studying my btech 1st yr (joined recently) in a local university. But then, I would like to transfer to another university (abroad, next year). But my knowledge in this area is very weak, hence I would like to seek help from your advice and experiences. I am not exactly aiming for the top notch colleges, but some good colleges will definitely do. My preferences for the location of study are as folows:- USA, Australia, UK. Also, I do not hail from the best university, it is a government university ,and is approved by AICTE (AU). So, can you provide a list of few colleges which accept transfer students (international) and a brief procedure of how it is done, and also my chances of making it through. Your comments will be of great help for me to analyse my chances, pros and cons.
Thank you

IMHO, you can get all the basic information about the transfer admissions if you just google it. Go to the websites of the colleges/universities you would like to apply for, and you will know all their requirements.

This is not an Indian forum for people to know what AICTE is. I can google it, but it’d be very easy if you told us what it is. The same goes with AU. Is it Andhra University or Anna University or something else? I am sorry. I don’t know. Please make sure that you give us enough info.

I am sorry if you think I am being rude. What you asked us here is something you can get easily by surfing the web. I encourage you to put some effort into your work, rather than choosing an easy (and lazy) way to get things done.
