Hey fellas,

Need some advice/solid suggestion on what to do next.

Firstly, I completed high school from Ekamai International School, Bangkok, Thailand (The school's complete in following an American based system, e.g. took the APs). My cgpa for the 4 years was 3.61 and my Senior year GPA was 3.82.

Took the SAT: 1800 (Not good enough at all, yep, planning to take it again if university accepts another one).

Took SAT2: Physics 680, Math2 590

Took AP English Lit & Comp: 3 each
AP Physics: 3

Certain circumstances led me to admission in Amity University in Noida, India. I'm currently in my first semester in a BTECH (Bachelors in Technology) course in 'Computer Science and Engineering' program.

I'm planning to transfer out of here to US in a year or two. Regarding the requirements some universities have of at least 2 years, can't really do anything about that but wait. However, some universities accept students into their sophomore year (some even recommend it due to more availability). Hence, I need some advice on transferring and what I should do further to enhance my chances of admission. Also, it would help if you guys could mention universities that accept transfer after one year.

For now, some potential universities I see are:

Rochester Institute of Technology (GA)
Illinois Institute of Technology
University of California, Irvine (GA)
University of California, San Diego
University of Pennsylvania...?

(GA) = Did get accepted when I applied as a freshman student.

Any replies or advice would really be helpful to me.

THANK YOU
