International Transfer Kelley Business School

Any idea how competitive is it for International Transfer students? I am an International transfer student from an English-speaking territory with 28 completed credit hours [GPA for first semester: 3.66]. I’m currently in my 2nd semester, in which 30 credit hours are due for completion. I’m actively involved in extracurricular activities, holding many leadership positions. I applied to Information Systems (Business) around end Nov and haven’t gotten any decision yet. Not sure if being an Asian is a disadvantage. Anyone, chance me?

Ethnicity would not be the factor to give someone a disadvantage. I am not sure what college you are transferring from, but I have many friends that transferred from community colleges in the States. Of course, they all have decent GPAs over 3.00, but with 3.66 there must be a chance. Also, another thing is that I have not met any of my friends to be directly admitted to Kelley from transferring from another school. I have some that transferred from out-of-state universities, but they went thru the process of pre-business. Of course, the requirements for the process changes every year, so I believe that you must check with the admissions on that.
