International transfer.. please tell me my chances

Hey, I am an international freshman at the Georgetown school of foreign service and Im looking to transfer to another school for the fall of 2008 because Georgetown isnt giving me any financial aid. I am an Indonesian citizen, but because my dad's in the foreign service, I've moved around a lot and I speak English and Indonesian fluently.
Here are my stats:

At Georgetown:
3.668 GPA
Courses: International relations, Principles of Microeconomics, Humanities and Writing, Intermediate French II, SFS Proseminar:Conflicts in Islam and the West. (total of 15 credits; also a pretty heavy courseload considering that international relations is a sophomore/junior course at Georgetown)
Extracurriculars: women's rugby, UNICEF, part-time job at the alumni house, and internship at the Indonesian Embassy in Washington DC.

Highschool stats:
Went to a very competitive prep school (Milton Academy)
SATS- 1380

Co-head and founder of a community service club

I am currently thinking of applying to the following schools:

Barnard
