International Transfer Student Financial Aid. please help

Hey all. I'm a Pakistani and I just completed my first year in mechanical engineering at NUST (the best college of Pakistan, in top 350 of world) with a CGPA of 3.50.
I did Alevels and finished it with straight As. Im interested in applying to universities in the US as an international transfer student. The problem is, even if i DO get accepted, i cant go unless I get above 80-85 percent financial aid. So could you guys please help me and tell me my chances of getting into a good university that ALSO gives the amount of financial aid I require? I know MIT, Stanford and Upenn are a long shot, so tell me others please. What about University of Miami?
And i also forgot to mention. I sing really well and i also play the guitar very well. Would that give me an edge while applying for admission and aid?
Thanks in advance guys

I also forgot to mention. I have SAT 2 which comprised of physics, chemistry and Math Level 2 and got 2300 in it

Aid for transfer students is very limited. The best aid is for incoming freshmen.

Aid for international students is also limited at many schools.
