Hey! I'm applying as an international transfer student and I kinda need help figuring out which schools to apply for. Financial aid is very important and not a lot of schools offer aid to international transfer students. I'll tell you my school record.

High school
10th: 85% in CBSE (I'm applying from India. CBSE is a tough educational board.)
12th: 92% in State Board (It's a easier educational board)

Awards: "Individual Athletic Champion - Girls" in 9th and 10th.
Won a lot of small awards in sports.

ECs:
House Captain for two years - 9th and 10th.
Never did community work in school. We were not required to do community work. But I was in the "School Volunteers" group which basically helps out with the functioning of the school.
Was part of the dance team.

College
1st semester: GPA 8/10 (I know, sucks)
2nd semester: results not out yet.

Awards: I got the full tuition fee waiver award for all the four years which is merit based.

ECs:
Member of the Rotract club.
Member of the ISTE(Indian Society for Technical Education.)
I'm planning on doing community service too.

I know it's not much. But ECs are difficult when you live 1 and 1/2 hours away from college and you have to approximately travel 3 hours everyday. The hostel is usually for out of state students.

Please help out guys! Thanks!
