International transfer student, what are my chances?

I am a student from a top university in Asia, and I am seeking to transfer to schools in the US, I know this would be a tough process, could anyone evaluate my chances of admission? I’m targeting at schools like JHU, Cornell, CMU all for major in applied mathematics.
Sophomore in Computer Science and Honor Math
GPA: 4.15/4.3 (my school counts A+ as 4.3, A as 4, have got 2 A-)
SATI : 2140
SATII: 3*800 in Math II, Physics, Chemistry
EC:
own 5 utility model patents
one research project
university robotics team (champion in HK)
Full scholarship awarded
high school science competitions (Math, Phys, Chem), similar to state awards
international volunteering in several countries
I know that universities seldom accept international transfers, am I aiming too high? What kind of schools should I target on?

As an international transfer student, the key variable is going to be your parents’ budget.
So… what’s your parents’ budget?

Financial part is not a concern I think…Since I’ll be paying only two years

Your profile is good, but none of us can predict this sort of thing. Make your list and apply.

If you are admitted, you will need to demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to pay your full Cost of Attendance for at least one year in order to get your student visa. That is why you need to know about the money.

With no trouble of funding, what would be my chances then?

That will not necessarily make a difference in admission. It will just ensure that if you are admitted, you have a good chance of being able to go there.

logically, your odds are about 10%, but since you’d be full pay at least you have a chance.
