I'm a student from Estonia, currently studying Media and Film at University of East London in the UK. I am thinking of transferring to a university in the US.</p>
<p>I have some questions for you all.
1) Is international transfer even possible or should I apply as a first-year student?
2) If I want to study Media and Communications, what are the best most affordable universities/colleges in the US?
3) What kind of financial aid is being given to international students?</p>
