what do you think about a TOEFL IBT : 77 for applying in SDSU ? i would be interested knowing your experience and advices i yo are already accepted in us universities.

It’s minimum 80 for SDSU undergraduate student, so you need to retake or you are out of luck
Ok but this 80 minimum is required but conditional admission is possible right?
Conditional admission means that if you meet all academic requirements (essentially, here, GPA X SAT), you can get in, then you spend a semester meeting your conditions; if you meet your conditions, you can stay and be a full time “regular” student; if you don’t, you have to leave the university.

Based on the way you are writing, and the desperation in your request, you will not be able to adequately perform in the business and finance majors at SDSU.
The programs at SDSU are competitive and the business programs are all impacted. The fact is that your English skills are so poor that these will keep you out of the program and out of a major English-speaking university.
