international transfer usc or utoronto or uillinois

I am international transfer and i cant decide which school to go.. i am accepted to usc an illinois and waiting to hear from toronto.. usc is charming to me and i really would like to live in la. but i heard that its quite hard to find a job in us after graduation. in canada is it easier??
if so i would prefer toronto.. thanks

In the US, there are restrictions on where international students can work while they are in school, and how many hours each week they can work. There also are certain restrictions on their work during school holidays. After graduation, they are permitted to extend their visas for a certain number of months so that they can gain practical experience (OPT). The amount of OPT time depends on the student’s field of study. If at the end of that time, the student has not found an employer who will sponsor them for an H-1B (work) visa, or if the sponsor has been unable to get the visa for the student because only a certain number of those visas are issued each year, then the student will have to leave the US.

In the past, Canada has been much more generous with work permits while the student is in school, and much more generous with work visas after graduation. For current information on that subject, you should contact the closest Consulate of Canada. To be perfectly honest, in your situation, if you are admitted to a university in Canada, I think that you should go there.

thanks for the reply…
