International transfer

<p>What kind of stats would I require to transfer to a top LAC from UB?
I have the Presidential Scholarship at UB, and will start in Fall 2010 as an international from India.
What kind of GPA (my SAT is 2350), research, etc is required?</p>

<p>You will need strong stats, great recs, great essays, and luck. Liberal arts schools tend to look at things “holistically,” so there is no formula.</p>

<p>Try Amherst College…it’s very selective but is need blind for internationals and has a LOT of aid if you manage to get in. Its the best LAC in the country that accepts transfers. n of course you need stellar stats and a good reason why u wanna transfer. which year will u be transferring?</p>

<p>Does Amherst offer financial aid for international transfers? Many schools that meet full need/ are need blind for incoming freshmen aren’t for transfers (let alone international transfers).</p>
