international undergraduate need scholarship tips

hey every one...
i really need of ideas about how to get a undergraduate scholarship in the usa ?
well i'm a collage student in the department of electrical engineering. currently i'm 4th year but i need to study in the usa for some reasons.
so any one who got some ideas about how to get a scholarship please respond.
it doesn't matter if is for freshman of for transfer students.
thanks

well, scholarship can be difficult for international students especially if the school is run by the government.
I suggest that you either get top scores in everything and make them want to give you the money (very hard though)
or submit SAT, ACT, and toefl scores even though they may want only one. ALso, if you already know what you want to study, you should take the SAT subject tests not only in your field but also in other subjects and languages as well.
Third choice is to get scholarship from other places outside the school
there are over 750 thousand scholarship funds.

So basically you should show the school what you know and why they’ll want you.
show them why you are such a valuable person and qualified for the school
hope this helped :D

Are you currently in the US or abroad?

If you are in the US, I suggest you finish your degree (if you graduate on time, it’s just one more semester, right?) and finance that with loans if necessary. (If you are at a really expensive school, take a semester off and apply to a cheaper university for the last semester.)

If you are currently overseas, I suggest you finish your degree at home and apply to graduate programs in the US. It is a lot easier to get funding in graduate school than it is for undergrad.

Most colleges will not let you apply as a freshman if you have already been to college for several semesters. You can start your degree over once you are there, but you would have to apply as a transfer student nonetheless. Unfortunately there is almost no financial aid available for international undergraduate transfer students. You would have to get into Harvard or MIT or the like to get financial aid as a transfer student.
