<p>technically same but i know that unc only selects 50 international students a year so...i dont know how wisc view international...</p>

<p>UW has been trying to increase both. There is a limit but it's 30% of all students.
It's warm in summer, in the 50/60's now and will get cold in winter as in highs in the teens to 30's. A few days will be really cold as in high of 0-10 or so.</p>

<p>a point about the situation on international students. i'm a international freshmen here at uw and they are VERY freindly towards international students. i feel very welcomes wherever i go, and in fact they actually WANT to learn more about you. so if you're an international student, i would strongly recommend UW.</p>
