<p>I wanted to know if international students are eligible for merit based scholarships such as the Regents scholarship. Would I need to provide any additional info?</p>
<p>For now, the only scholarship I've put down is the course based scholarship (engineering). Would this refer to the regents scholarship, or do I need to take another route to apply for that?</p>
