<p>hey...all internationals who plan to join Uva ..wat about the housing...i mean wat are u guys planning to do about hosing...i have been reading all these social threads here and i am confused which dorms to pick up...i wanna go for IRC or alderman but i reallly wanna understand the whole situation...hey samir...i think ur an indian in US,,Va ...can u suggest us something...and anyone for that matter...it wld be great...and wat about the IDs...has any intl got the univ. ID yet...</p>

<p>Brown is the greatest dorm to live in terms of convenient location.. IRC and old dorms are next.. I can't speak for your Indian perspective because everyone is different. <p>I'm from Malaysia and I'm hoping to room at Alderman. I'm SLIGHTLY concerned about being a year older than everyone else, as I too completed high school in November 2005!</p>

<p>One of our suitemates is a year older than us (he completed a year of college in Shanghai), but he can still get along great with us. If you're committed to being friends with you suitemates and other first years in general you'll have a fine time in Alderman. Also, many first years are 19 yrs old within the first few months of schools, so that's not a big deal at all.</p>

<p>Dudes, apply to Brown. It's where you would want to live because it's SO convenient to classes - nd I might want to add it's in fact the MOST convenient dorm in terms of location.</p>
