I’m a high school junior and I’m interested in writing and journalism. In the far future I would like to go to law school. I live very close to UPenn and wanted to know if it would be possible for me to e-mail some UPenn English professors about being an unpaid intern for them over the summer? I know many high school students do research alongside college professors but for someone who is interested in maybe majoring in English/Literature/Philosophy and going to law school in the future what type of work can I do under a college professor?
It’s been quite difficult for me to find internships in newsrooms or related to law for high schoolers so I would really appreciate any advice anyone has.
