I graduated this May but still couldn't find an opportunity but just got offered an internship. Is this a good idea? My concern is it only lasts for 3 months. Should I just keep looking for a full-time job?

is there a reason you cannot take this internship AND keep looking for a full-time job?

Well I’m just worried about missing a full time job opportunity because I’m working the internship and if would be awkward if I quit the internship like after 1 week.

Any internship supervisor worth a damn will understand your need to quit if you get hired into a full-time permanent job somewhere.

I didn’t know you can get internships after graduation? O_o I thought it was only if you were still continuing school.

There are lots of internships that don’t require enrollment in any degree program.

I wonder how you reached out for internship opportunity for seniors. I am graduating in May 2012, but would love to find a summer internship before going to graduate school in Fall. Most of the time, the firms are looking for juniors for internship and referring every senior to their full-time program. Any suggestions?
