Hey everyone, I'm a junior in a Aerospace Engineering program. I'm planning on just continuing my studies and looking for a job after graduation May 2008 (I would start the search early of course). I would take any job I could get for the first few years and then find something good when I have experience. It seems like so many people do internships/co-ops...am I wrong to look over this oportunity? I just don't want to take time off from school, even if it was over a summer. I usually take classes and work. The internships I would be interested in would be unpaid and would dent my finances pretty bad anyways. Credit I would receive for it wouldn't count towards graduation, so no help their either.

I have a decent GPA (3.4), an interesting minor, participate in career relevant clubs, and have a part time job. My thought is I could always apply for an interhship or go to grad school if the job market isn't good when I graduate. I don't want to be one of those who stays in college forever--I'm actually on the four year plan right now!

Thoughts? Anyone doing this or have done this with success? Thanks!
