<p>it doesn't, most employers post jop openings online regardless of the locations they're at. For this, Cornell has a big online database. </p>
<p>All of the big firms that do on campus recruitment still come to Cornell.</p>
<p>well, it might be a pain in the butt to go back to the city for an interview in march or something.</p>
<p>not when the employer pays for everything ... then it's a free vacation.</p>
<p>and usually people do interviews over spring break</p>
<p>over the phone is most common. that's what i did for my internships, and they worked out very well!</p>
