<p>Some background on me: I have absolutely no relevant work experience, am an entering junior with a 4.0 majoring in ME, and I just got an email saying I've been shortlisted for an internship at Shell. </p>
<p>Now another email I got wants a phone interview about a scholarship. I've never had a phone interview for a scholarship before, are there any differences with regards to the type of questions being asked?</p>
<p>Also, being "shortlisted" is good right? Does anyone know what percentage are "shortlisted"? Thanks.</p>
