<p>Which would you actually enjoy more? For the internship, are you saying that you would do just one week of an internship, because that seems awfully short for an internship. Usually more valuable internships run for 6-8 weeks and help you more. Volunteering might be more valuable in this case if you can volunteer regularly for more than one week and volunteer for most of your summer. But if the choice is just between a one-week internship and a one-week volunteer experience, then the internship would probably be better if it was a competitive one and you didn’t have to pay to be able to do it.</p>
