Do internships at a smaller offices/companies look bad? (well compared to big places I mean like google, MS, etc)

My parents are bothering me about getting an internship over the summer so I thought I might get something done this semester instead so I can go back home (S.Korea) instead of staying at LA the entire year.

However, this internship is at a small artist's studio... I was thinking about getting an internship later on at bigger places like WB and emmy foundation etc. My parents might move back to the US so I didn't wanted to visit Korea while I can.

I know all internships aren't equal but does it look that terrible not having a internship at a larger company/office?? I don't know if i'll get that 2nd internship but I figured it would be nice to have something on my resume.

Also will having 7 classes (3 studios) 1 workstudy job and 1 internship be too much? It's just that I have film classes I have to finish 2 pieces for so.. I know people must have juggled it before so its probably possible but just let me hear your thoughts! :) I'm a double major and a minor (or one major and double minor) so I have alot of plate right now @_@
