Internships, Work and EC projects in Highschool

I'd like to say hello to all the users of CollegeConfidential.com since this is my first post here.
I have got a few concerns about my extracurricular activities.
I am in a pre-IB class. I am a software developer. Due to my extracurricular activities headmaster probably will let me finish this year earlier in order to give me an opportunity to develop my skills and enhance my chance to get to the best universities.

My problem is that I am not sure how to take advantage of this possibility. I would like to ask you what would be the most welcome for adcoms (I am thinking about MIT, Ivy League, and UCs).
There are a few possibilities:
1. I have got offers for internships in the biggest companies from the Sillicon Valley and a few other tech giants.
2. I can focus on my own project which is really advanced and innovative. I may get some aid from business angels for it, and moreover this project has got potential to be sold and widespread (I am after initial meetings with possible investors and technical assistants).

Besides, I have a company and I also work as a freelance programmer. In near future I am planning to pass a test for stock-broker.

What do you think ? Which one of these two would be better and why? Do you think that such ECs are enough for the best unis ? Has anyone of you had similar activities or experience ?

PS: Happy new year

Bump  Can anyone help me ?
