Here's my situation:

When in High School (SAT score 2310) I was accepted to UC Berkeley and UCLA, but I went to UCSD due to financial considerations.

I am currently in my second year at UCSD as a biochemistry major. I came in to UCSD with 60 credits, and completed another 60 so far. I have a 3.857 GPA, and a 4.0 major GPA. I did hardly any extracurricular activities. Now I desperately want to transfer to UCLA, which has always been my favorite school.

What are my chances? What are some websites that I need to look into? Thanks for any help in advance!

I believe once you’ve surpassed the 90 unit threshold you can’t transfer anymore.

[Transfer Admission Guide - UCLA Undergraduate Admissions](http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/Adm_tr/tradms.htm)

^That’s actually incorrect. You need a MINIMUM of 90 quarter units completed by the end of your spring quarter to APPLY.

So far you have 60 UCSD credits. The maximum amount of units to apply as a transfer is 120 4-year credits (not counting AP/CC). Did you already apply this year (November 2010)?
