Hey guys i'm really nervous about my chances because a bunch of kids from my school are applying to Yale also...let me know of my chances....thanks guys!

my EC's are solid, i am a leader in several things and founded two clubs (Model Rocket Club and Model UN chapter)

I am legacy (my mom), and am African American (i am only half cuz my mom is white though, i'm still african american)

my recs are amazing!! my teachers showed them to me and i was amazed!

but guys i'm nervous because i haven't had my interview yet...:(

Probably in. URM and legacy with great test scores. ECs are a little on the weak side, but I think the rest will outweigh. That being said, nobody here knows whether or not you'll get in. But good luck!

Physics, how can he be a junior if he has already seen his teacher recs? He is definitely EA 2011.
So, you might want to rethink your statement of gratitude there.

This is kind of an obnoxious chances post. Seriously, you're a (half) black legacy with a 2390 and 3.98 who applied early and has great recs. Forgive me if i'm accusing too rashly, but i think you're just looking to have your ego stroked.

I think this post brings particular irony to his name... How could a so-called college maestro be so ignorant of his greatness? Haha, good luck to you maestro!

If I could, I would slap you in the face and tell you to quit b i t c h i n g; considering the information you've provided here, you're almost a shoe-in. Really, don't worry.
