Sorry if this may seem like stupid question (I’m really paranoid about this) but when the Rice website says the last day to submit an application for the interview is December 11th, they mean we can still submit on December 11th and request an interview right?
if it says the last day to submit is december 11th, the last day to submit is december 11th. so you can submit on december 11th, but it will be the last day that you can.
