I had my college admissions alumni interview approximately mid-October. I sent a thank-you note soon after the interview, but did not receive a response. I realize that it is pretty normal to not receive a reply to a thank-you note. However, I sent only one follow-up email 5 days ago because I was genuinely interested in learning more about something I saw in my research about the school and received no response again. I don’t plan on sending any more emails because I think two is enough, but is the lack of replies a sign the interview did not go well? I thought we connected pretty well and had a good conversation. Let me know if I’m reading too far into this; just a nervous college applicant!
No, they’re probably just busy or it’s not their style. I wouldn’t read too much into it. Contact the Admissions Office and ask to be connected with a student if you have specific question that can’t be found online.
