Hello everyone, I am applying for class of 2018 and I am fully aware this is a very late timing to be doing this, but I found out about University of Rochester two weeks back and I saw it as a perfectly fit school for me. It is my top choice and I know that a student has higher chance at admission if interest is displayed. In my case, I am an international student who was unable to attend the campus over the winter holidays due to family reasons. But i read a post somewhere in which a person mentioned that they had their interview conducted by an alumni over the phone? If this is possible can someone please tell me how this can be done? and How do i organize an interview over the phone? My application deadline is 31st December and I have finished my writing supplement as well, but I know that displaying interest can be done even after applying. If there is another way through which I can display my interest, please tell me.

On your MyRoc account page you have the option of requesting an interview. If an alumni is available in your country or if the admissions counselor assigned to your country has the time, they will contact you to arrange a phone or skype interview.

But it’s awfully late in the game to be requesting an interview. Scheduling one may not be possible.
