Interview for deferred SCEA applicants?

<p>I received a deferral during the SCEA round from Yale, and unfortunately did not have the chance to conduct an interview during the early action phase. I have two questions:</p>

<ol>
<li>If an EA applicant does not receive an interview, is it possible to be assigned an interviewer during the RD phase?</li>
<li>Could the lack of an interview in November indicate a shortage of alumni interviewers in the region? Is it impossible to get an interview now?</li>
