I applied for an internship a week ago. Today, I received an email from the employer asking me to call him so we can set up an interview time. From your guys' experiences for internships, when you get an interview, do you have a good chance of getting the job? I'm a bit nervous.

I interviewed for 3 total this last round, with many more requests to interview. One was only the phone, they didn’t really impress me so I never called them back and they did the same, so it was a wash. The second, I had 2 phone interviews and a in person interview at HQ, I made it to the last two candidates, they took the other guy though. The third was both a phone, and two in person interviews (one with HR and one with Manager). I landed that one, and they reallllllly impressed me so I was excited. So, just put your ‘A’ Game on, learn about the company, research their interview style, think about what you are going to say, remember a lot of good and applicable stories about yourself and go in looking like you have your head on straight. Good luck!
