Interview HELP-please! Resume, location, etc???

I have my local alumni interview tomorrow. I'm extremely nervous, since this is my first interview of this type. I was wondering what things are usually suggested for college interviews- should I hand them my resume in the beginning, or at the end? If I get there before them, should I sit down and wait awkwardly for them? How will they know who I am in a crowded area (such as Starbucks)? Any other things I should do?

Also, another important thing, how much do they know about you before the interview even begins? Have they seen parts of my application, my rec letters, or my resume? Because when I mentally rehearsed some of my answers, I see myself referencing things in my essays or resume.

Thanks for helping!

"how much do they know about you before the interview even begins? "

Your name, gender, address, phone number, email address, high school, what you listed as a possible major if anything, date you applied. that’s it.
