Interview Help! Refer to Interviewer as Mr./Mrs. Or??

<p>Hello there,</p>

<p>So I am going to schedule some of my interviews soon and I was just wondering what you all refer to the interviewer as, in terms of titles.</p>

<p>I understand it varies, so, for example, my next interview is a recent graduate student. Can I refer to him/her by his/her first name? </p>

<p>Any advice is much appreciated!</p>
