<p>my interviewee told me that he is my advocate for the school. by this definition an advocate shouldn't report anything horrible--they know that it may not have been your best day. he told me, "it's really informal. you don't need to dress to impress. this is just your chance to tell me anything you want the university to know and for you to get a chance to know washu better." i didn't walk away feeling stellar, but now i know what to improve on. hope this encourages you... :)</p>
