<p>On the harvard supplement (for internationals)</p>
<p>it says to declare when i'm going to interview</p>
<p>basically it has three options (yes, no but i will do, no i will not because...)</p>
<p>if i'm living in a country that is not listed in 'International Interview' booklet provided by Harvard, what should i state as my reason?</p>
