Absolutely. Just talk to HR and say you want to fly back a day/few days later than planned (usually the afternoon/evening after your interview).

ooo thanks, why idea which hotel they offer?

^Check your english?

^ LOL. 10char

i mean, any idea which hotels they offer? (as in usually like GS, JPM, Citi, and etc) near financial district.

and also any idea how much money applicants usually spend/reimbursed for interview in NYC?

Companies usually will reimburse you for one RT plane ticket and one night in a hotel plus perhaps $50 per day for meals. If you plan to stay longer, then you will pay out of pocket. If you are booking a hotel yourself, try to get a room around $150 (doable even in midtown I just did it myself). You don’t want them to think you are taking advantage of them.
