Interview reply not yet received= screwed?

What if I didnt receive a response to the alumni interview yet? Does it mean that theyre not interested? I would like any comment

No, it does not mean your screwed LOL. It says on the website that interviewers are busy (or something along those lines) so expect delays etc. Also, the interview is informative and is a small, small factor in the admission process.

I never asked for an interview, and never received one. I was admitted RD.

First, everyone who submitted an alumni interview request through the online form will receive a response.

Second, not everyone who request an interview, will be assigned an interview. Although we do our best to accommodate all, due to the high volume of requests we have received in years past, we cannot always guarantee availability. As well, we do not have interviewers in all parts of the country. Once it is clear that we will not be able to arrange an interview, one will receive a response.

Third, PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE. The team that assigns interviews works diligently through thousands of requests. More significantly, Johns Hopkins University has been closed all week due to multiple blizzards that have hit the area. For this reason the team has been unable to continue interview match-ups this week. A bit of patience is appreciated.

Finally, if one does not have an interview, their application file will not be impacted negatively. Interviews are only an optional part of the process for Johns Hopkins University.

First, last and always stay safe. Very little is worth risking human life and well being. All the rest can be sorted out later. Best wishes for an end to your trials and tribulations down there in Baltimore.

haha alright thank you, i didnt know about the multiple blizzards. :x Hope you and the team are safe
