Interview Resume

I recently got offered an interview with an alumna and she requested that I send her a resume before the interview.

What information should I include? Just extracurriculars and achievements? Or test scores/grades/course load as well?

i would include education, clubs/jobs/volunteering, achievements/honors, and test scores/gpa

Unless they have any specific requests, send the whole thing (but I wouldn’t make it more than a page).

I’ve done alumni interviews for Penn for a few years now, and I usually ask to see a resume without grades or test scores (but not ever before the interview). It levels the playing field because someone inevitably will bring an unsolicited resume, and it’s nice to have a way to prompt the student if they get nervous or forget to talk about something.
