I sent in Pt. 1 like a week ago and I haven't received anything from the Alumni Association. Idk what to do cause I'm Early Action.

And just making sure: We online submit Pt. 2 and then we have to print out the secondary school report AND the teacher's report -- those have to be print copies and mailed?

Full disclosure: I copied and pasted this from another response.

This is how the interview process works. Once they receive your part one of your application it is sent to the chairman of your local alumni association. He or she is responsible for assigning you an alumni in your area. Usually you receive a letter with a number or email. It is up to you to call your interviewer to set up a time and date. This is why the time varies so much. The chairperson is has a job and maybe a family. Things get in the way. I was concerned that something had gone wrong, turns out the chairperson was just away on business for a few weeks. If you are an EA applicant you are assured an interview (they end up getting to almost all of the RD people as well). My interview was in late November. When I talked to the admission officer about this he said that they take interview information all the way up until the first week of December. So no worries it will come soon!

Gtown admissions actually messed up my info and someone I never ended up with the contact information for my alumni interviewer… luckily she contacted me. If you’re really worried I’d definitely confirm with the admissions office that they received the first part of your app
