OK, my question is simple. Do all applicants get an interview or does the fact that you have one mean they are considering you for the school? My daughter has had two for Ivy League schools, and was just wondering, if because she was granted one, should we be more hopeful she will be accepted? Her grades are good but her SAT ACT SAT2 scores are not as high as most of the school would like but she is a very talented artist and was hoping that would give her a leg up.

Princeton gives interviews to almost ALL applicants. Only applicants who live somewhere with absolutely no alumni volunteers nearby don’t get one. It’s not a sign one way or the other.
