Hi all!
Has anyone interviewed yet or in the past?? If so, mind giving some advice on what I should expect, how I should dress (female), what I should bring, etc? My interview is on Friday and I'm getting very excited but also a little nervous!

Thanks in advance, can't wait to hear from everyone!

"Your child should be dressed neatly and cleanly. You can check with the admission office for guidance, but the best choice is clothing that your child feels both comfortable and confident in.

Other good interview practices apply as well. Your child should look the interviewer in the eye, use the interviewer’s name, shake hands firmly, and project energy and interest.

I interviewed a little over a month ago. I brought a resume, but they had me fill out a sheet of interests instead. It was very conversational and casual.
This is just my personal opinion, but i think you should dress very conservatively and professionally. Not really sure what this entails for a women (i’m a guy), but I wore a white dress shirt, dress pants and a red tie. Wear a little red, shows confidence and power!

The interviewer I had could not have been nicer and he really tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Some people took a standard 30 minutes, but I took an hour for two reasons. One, because I had an EC he was very interested in and two, I asked a ton of questions at the end (after my 3rd or 4th question, he said “Okay, well if you have any more questions e-mail me!” because i took too long).

Review:
-Dress professionally
-If you have a very important hook/EC, bring it up ASAP
-Bring a resumee
-look them in the eye, but dont stare at them
-and most importantly: be comfortable, fluid and yourself!
