Interview

AHHHH I did horribly!! My mouth dried up so badly I couldnt talk at all!!! I did alright on most of the questions (stumbling through them all though) until I got to the one "if you were losing a sport what would motivate you to continue" and I said something (after stumbling) about how I liked to win...??? Does anyone know if I still have a chance at getting a nomination if i screwed up the interview?

heeeeelppp meeee aahhhhhhh

Hey man, chill. You make think you "screwed up the interview," but you probably did better than you think. I have a feeling that the boards are understanding people.

I made a few mistakes, though. One of them being that I was dressed in what I wear to church---nice kakhis and a button-up shirt. That is dressy for me. I was [way] under dressed compared to the guys; I didn't see any girls. I'm one of those people whose friends will put them on What Not to Wear (or that's what they all threaten to do to me one day). I need to work on that. Anyways, my dad says that was likely a major minus for me.

On the record, you should be fine. Off the record, I think why I didnt get a nom from my congressman was because I screwed up the interview.

Seriously though, they understand you are nervous and if you are qualified, they will look pass that fact that you may or may not be good at interviews.

Wellll I mean the board members pretty much seemed like they liked me (they did agree with everything i said almost) but idk if they just did that to give me confidence or what. This sounds like a stupid question because obviously they liked me then right?

Thanks for the support...I dont know what to do if i dont get accepted.
