D received info on USC interviews. She is going to be out of town when they are in our area. Are they highly recommended? D saw the campus 2 years ago and it is her dream school and but a reach. As we live in NY, I'm trying to get some feedback on this as interviews are held on campus as well.

I am surprised that there are still interview slots available - they are typically all filled by early October.

To reserve an interview, scroll to the bottom of the page here: [Admission Interviews - USC Undergraduate Admission](http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/apply/adm_interview.html)

And from the FAQ:

Let us know if interview slots are still available - as I said, in the past they have been filled up by early October.

Good luck

My D was not able to interview for the same reason - slots filled and they didn’t come to our town. But it worked out fine. She indicated on the application that she’d visited the campus and was able to verify the date on the application.

I wouldn’t worry about it.

My S didn’t interview or visit- simply went to a presentation at his high school. He was accepted in late Jan (as scholarship interview kid).
