I have not yet been contacted for an interview. Should I be concerned yet?

Is it possible to schedule an interview for the time you'll be up north doing a tour of the college? Like, before they actually request one of you? Would that help the application?

Both of you, call the school. They tend to be very helpful.

arael777- It may not necessarily help (more than any regular interview that they contact you for would help) but it certainly won't hurt and may end up being more convenient for you. Some schools take note of who visits and how often so your coming up to visit may look good to Brown. Again, it certainly wouldn't hurt.

Thank you very much.

I haven't been contacted yet either.

My understanding was that after they receive your application, they have an alumni contact you for an off-campus interview (like in a coffee shop or something). I didn't think they did on-campus interviews. They have alumni all around the country that do these interviews. Someone I know has been contacted by an alum already, so I was just getting a little curious.
